AI-enabled systems for healthcare and the physical world.

I’m a product manager based in San Francisco, focused on AI-enabled systems that operate in the physical world, especially in healthcare.

At Genentech-Roche, I manage a global portfolio of smart technologies designed to improve medication adherence for critical patient populations and disease areas. My work spans smart autoinjectors, smart inhalers, and smart packaging, evaluating product-market value, user experience, and the role of connected devices in patient care.

Before Genentech, I worked in product strategy at Medtronic and product management at Niterra Ventures. I’ve worked across connected healthcare experiences for diabetes and COPD, remote patient monitoring, patient engagement, and value-based care.

I’m especially interested in products where AI must interact with people, devices, workflows, and clinical constraints — systems where intelligence is not just digital, but embodied, contextual, and safety-critical.

I’ve independently proposed two new ventures: an organizational brain for product teams and a medical device for obstetric injuries. I hold a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California, where my research spanned creativity in engineering design, human-in-the-loop systems, and autonomous vehicles.
